At URBAN FIT, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair experience for every member. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any membership, personal training package, daily pass, or other service through our website or at our facility.

By purchasing any product or service from URBAN FIT, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

Membership Purchases

All gym memberships purchased through our website or at our facility are generally non-refundable once activated.

A membership is considered activated when any of the following occurs:

  • The membership start date begins.
  • Your first check-in is recorded.
  • You access any URBAN FIT facility or member benefit.

Once activated, memberships cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Before Membership Activation

If your membership has not yet been activated, you may request a cancellation by contacting our support team.

Cancellation requests are reviewed individually. If approved, applicable payment gateway charges, transaction fees, taxes, or administrative charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Personal Training Packages

Personal Training packages reserve dedicated coaching time and training resources.

  • Personal Training packages become non-refundable after the first session has been completed.
  • Remaining sessions must be used within the package validity period.
  • Unused sessions cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Unused sessions expire after the package validity ends unless otherwise approved by URBAN FIT.

Daily Passes and Trial Sessions

Daily passes, complimentary sessions, promotional trials, free trials, and introductory offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Promotional Offers

Memberships or services purchased during promotional campaigns, festive offers, limited-time discounts, referral campaigns, bundle offers, or special pricing are considered final sales and are not eligible for refunds unless required under applicable law.

Medical Requests

If a member is unable to continue due to a serious medical condition, they may submit a written request along with supporting medical documentation.

After review, URBAN FIT may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following:

  • Membership freeze.
  • Membership extension.
  • Alternative resolution.

Approval is not guaranteed and will depend upon the individual circumstances.

Duplicate Payments

If you have been charged more than once for the same transaction due to a payment processing or technical error, please notify us within seven (7) days.

After verification, the duplicate payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Failed Transactions

If payment has been successfully deducted but your membership or service has not been activated, please contact us immediately.

Once the transaction has been verified, URBAN FIT will either activate your purchase or process an eligible refund if activation cannot be completed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days.

The actual time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank, credit card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

Membership Cancellation

Members may choose not to renew their membership at the end of its validity period.

Cancellation of a membership does not entitle the member to a refund for any unused portion of the membership.

Changes to This Refund Policy

URBAN FIT reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
